I work 60-80 hours per week. Additionally I work out an hour per day every day. It's hard to find time to cook and meal prep food at home. That's why I love this chicken alfredo. It's got 30 grams of protein and only 370 calories. This alfredo makes hitting my protein targets easy while staying within my calorie deficit. Couldn't recommend more for those trying to lose fat and put on muscle.

The chicken alfredo is one of my favorites. After microwaving it the consistency is surprisingly great- not mushy at all. The cheese flavor doesn’t taste protein forward at all and it’s garlicy and delicious.

The best frozen meal option on the market. I have been making Tom's meal preps for years and it's incredible how similar the frozen versions taste to the real thing. I travel a ton for work and these have been life changing since getting into target and Safeway. I know I'll always have a good frozen meal option.

I also bought the taco mac a while back and loved the southwestern flavors. You can taste everything pretty distinctly- the jalapeno bacon cheese and all. I wish it was even a little more spicy but I understand the need for broad consumer satisfaction.

Lunch For Work
I was honestly surprised by how good this was. It has all the comforting flavors of traditional lasagna without feeling heavy. The beef is well seasoned the sauce tastes homemade and the ricotta and mozzarella make it creamy without being overwhelming. The portion was filling especially with 30g of protein and it kept me satisfied for hours. As someone trying to hit my protein goals this is an easy freezer staple that doesn’t taste like diet food. Huge fan of the lazy Lasagna. I shoot for 30g of protein each meal and this gives me 31g! Incredibly filling for a tv dinner style meal and tastes like a homade Lasagna in noodle form. Excited to make this a staple in my routine for those busy days I don't want to cook.

I am addicted to this meal. I buy multiples of it at a time so I can take it for lunch every week and it never gets old. I love this meal so much that I looked up the collaborator and made the original recipe. While it is delicious I will still keep buying this frozen meal on a weekly basis because it is just so easy... and honestly the recipe doesn't hit the spot as much as the single serve meal does. I have been buying 4 at a time for the last several weeks. One of these days I will buy the multi serving version for my family.

I've had Each meal multiple times and without question are the best quality. The taste is great and portions are enough for me (210lb 6ft man)! They're easy on the go great to take for work. If I could give them 6 out of 5 I would.

I’ve been buying the Lazy Lasagna for a while since I discovered them on TikTok and it’s now the only brand of frozen meals I buy. Counter has a clean ingredients sheet and macros that make choosing a healthy pick easy.

My wife and I LOVE the counter meals we cannot get enough and keep our freezer stocked for busy nights quick lunches and just low effort dinners. We love to pair them with fresh veggies and even some frozen ones like the PuraVida Vegetable Minstura. We are so excited for more to come out and hope to see more multi serving meals out soon!

I had this for lunch at work and my coworkers were mentioning how good it smelled! It tasted just as good as it smelled. Tastes just like lasagna but with the benefit of 30g of protein. Great way to get your protein in and it tastes great!

Bought the beef and Mac for the first time. Wasn't expecting a whole lot considering it's a frozen meal. I was dead wrong. This was so delicious and flavorful! My only regret is that I didn't buy more. I'm a truck driver so I will only be stocking up on this brand for my trips. I can't wait to try them all!

So I followed the air fryer instructions to defrost in microwave and then air fry -- the tortilla turned out golden brown and crispy almost like a chimichanga but not fried! Not soggy like other frozen burritos I have tried. The meat bean filling was super tasty and I appreciated the 31g carb for an easy post-workout lunch! I added my own guac and jalapenos on top and felt like it was a real treat! Definitely will be stocking the freezer with these!

i always have these in stock. i like the chicken and beef both. i always airfry it personally to get crispy shell. only thing would make it even better is having more meat ratio vs fillings. great for the macros you get though.

The Counter Beefy Queso Burrito from Lidl turned out way better than I expected. It was super simple to make in the air fryer which is already a win — no mess no fuss and it cooked evenly all the way through. Once it cooled down a bit the flavor really came together: the beef was seasoned just right the queso melted into a creamy savory layer and the tortilla crisped up perfectly in the air fryer. It’s one of those quick meals that feels like a treat. Convenient tasty and surprisingly satisfying. Definitely something I’d grab again

Lunch For Work
I was honestly surprised by how good this was. It has all the comforting flavors of traditional lasagna without feeling heavy. The beef is well seasoned the sauce tastes homemade and the ricotta and mozzarella make it creamy without being overwhelming. The portion was filling especially with 30g of protein and it kept me satisfied for hours. As someone trying to hit my protein goals this is an easy freezer staple that doesn’t taste like diet food. I tried this out when the family servings dropped in Sam’s Club and I FELL IN LOVE!! This makes choosing lunch or dinner a no brainer. It’s the perfect portion tastes amazing heats up well and leaves me feeling GOOD and not heavy / gross like most pasta meals. You truly can’t go wrong with any meal but the lasagna is the best. Go ahead and buy 5 at a time bc you’ll want to keep a back stock 😉 As someone who works out regularly and has a very busy job I always have one of these handy for an easy no brainer lunch!

Huge fan of the lazy Lasagna. I shoot for 30g of protein each meal and this gives me 31g! Incredibly filling for a tv dinner style meal and tastes like a homade Lasagna in noodle form. Excited to make this a staple in my routine for those busy days I don't want to cook.
The only frozen meal I buy several times on-repeat
I am addicted to this meal. I buy multiples of it at a time so I can take it for lunch every week and it never gets old. I love this meal so much that I looked up the collaborator and made the original recipe. While it is delicious I will still keep buying this frozen meal on a weekly basis because it is just so easy... and honestly the recipe doesn't hit the spot as much as the single serve meal does. I have been buying 4 at a time for the last several weeks. One of these days I will buy the multi serving version for my family.

I've had Each meal multiple times and without question are the best quality. The taste is great and portions are enough for me (210lb 6ft man)! They're easy on the go great to take for work. If I could give them 6 out of 5 I would.

My wife and I LOVE the counter meals we cannot get enough and keep our freezer stocked for busy nights quick lunches and just low effort dinners. We love to pair them with fresh veggies and even some frozen ones like the PuraVida Vegetable Minstura. We are so excited for more to come out and hope to see more multi serving meals out soon!

Amazing frozen lasagna!
I had this for lunch at work and my coworkers were mentioning how good it smelled! It tasted just as good as it smelled. Tastes just like lasagna but with the benefit of 30g of protein. Great way to get your protein in and it tastes great!

After heating up the first thing that hits you is the delicious smell of the tomato and basil in the lasagna. I took into work and wanted another immediately after eating so definitely go with the family size serving next time.

Picked this up last night because I didn’t have anything prepped for the week yet. This is honestly better than anything macro friendly I would have put together. It’s flavorful the meat is actually meat and I’m incredibly picky about meat. I am going to have to try any I can find in CO!

I cannot rave about Counter meals enough!! They are the perfect high protein easy delicious meals. Every day that I make one of these meals all my coworkers ask what im eating. It tastes as good as it smells and I hope they never go away. I’ve put so many people on these meals and no one has been disappointed.

This is my new fav counter lunch! This is not a traditional chicken Parmesan you would get at a restaurant but the flavor (in my opinion) is better than restaurant quality. The cheesiness is on point. Each bite you take has a lot of sauce/melty cheese to the pasta/chicken ratio. I will definitely repurchase this one.

This was easily the best frozen meal I’ve ever had. Simple ingredients great taste and reasonable macros. While I don’t make these kinds of meals my norm I will absolutely be keeping a few of these in my freezer at all times for when I’m in a pinch or don’t feel like cooking!

I bought this when it first hit the shelves at Target because of how much I like all of the other Counter meals. Needless to say this one didn’t disappoint either! This frozen bean and cheese burrito is the Toyota Corolla of the freezer aisle. It doesn’t have leather seats a fancy badge or a bunch of unnecessary features trying to justify itself. It just shows up does its job and somehow makes everyone else look like they’re trying too hard.I went in expecting the usual frozen burrito experience: a questionable tortilla a cheese situation happening in one tiny corner and a meal I’d politely forget about. Instead this thing came out of the microwave like it had been training for years.The beans were legit. The cheese distribution was elite. The tortilla held together like it had a mortgage and responsibilities. Every bite was a reminder that greatness doesn’t always come wrapped in fancy packaging.Just like a Toyota Corolla you don’t appreciate it because it’s flashy—you appreciate it because it’s reliable efficient and somehow better than things that cost way more. I just went to my local Target and picked up 2 of these to try and I'm happy to report it is excellent. To get this much protein in a burrito while keeping the flavor and macros overall this good is a tough ask but they delivered. I pop this in my toaster oven set a timer and when it's done I have my lunch. Couldn't be easier....I don't even flip it to be honest. I like it when the outside gets just a tiny bit crispy and the inside is gooey delicious. If you like Burritos I think you'd love these.
